Answer
The tray of the CD-ROM or DVD-ROM or burner gets blocked by the hide door when close it. This may happen on some special CD-ROM/DVD-ROM/burner device; eg. when its height, from the bottom of the tray to the bottom of the front panel of the CD tray, is over 5 mm. Please manually pull the door a bit lower to let the tray go through when close it.
